Less than six months ago, St. Louis Rams receiver Stedman Bailey was laying in a hospital bed fighting for his life after taking two bullets to the head on Nov. 23 in Miami.
Many believed that the 25-year-old’s career was over. That is, until now.
Bailey uploaded a video on Instagram of himself and teammate Tavon Austin running routes.
It’s amazing that Bailey has bounced back this quickly after spending a month in the hospital. According to a video produced by West Virginia Illustrated, Bailey said, “They had to cut into my head and repair the bone right above my (right) eyebrow. The bone was pretty much shattered.” Bailey was sitting with three family members in a car when an unaffiliated group opened fire. It looks like Bailey has been grinding since the shooting.
