Donna Tucker, 79, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. A huge West Virginia football fan, her dying wish was to go to Milan Puskar Stadium and see her team play one more time. However, given only six to eight weeks to live, and with her condition worsening, there was no guarantee that her dream would come true.

So, several players made an alternative plan. The team brought her 150 miles from her hometown in Charleston, W.V. to the stadium, where she finally set foot on her beloved field, snapped pictures with the team, and watched film with them.
