Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker just finished up his rookie season. He was the one that walked across the stage last year at the NBA Draft as the 13th overall pick, but this year, he’ll be representing his team at the draft lottery in NYC on May 17.

He’s isn’t flying solo either.

Booker invited 16-year-old Jenna Warren and her family to join him on the trip. Jenna is a huge Suns’ fan who also has Down Syndrome. The two met on April 3 when Booker noticed Jenna was wearing his jersey during warmups before the Suns took on the Jazz. He invited her onto the court for an extra special experience, and the friendship blossomed from there.

Here’s Booker extending the invitation, and an excited Jenna accepting it.

Glad you’re excited.. Let’s get to New York! 😁
