There’s no telling what will happen when you hang out with an NFL MVP.
Noah, 11, was born with Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome, which is a life-threatening pulmonary condition. Even a little cold can lead to a hospital stay.
He asked the Make-A-Wish Foundation to fulfill his greatest dream: To meet Cam Newton, his favorite football player.
Noah and Cam went bowling together and then got the VIP treatment in a suite at a Charlotte Hornets game.
“I think it’s extremely important to give back to the community, or even just give back to people,” Cam said during their meeting. “As my father once said, ‘You can be on top of the world one day, and the next day, the world can be on top of you.’”
“Whenever I’m down, I can think of my time with Cam, and how special of a moment that was for me,” Noah added.
