It’s never too late to morph into someone new. Look no further than India’s most famous 101-year-old,  Man Kaur, who added ‘athlete’ to her identity when she began running at 94 years old.

Now she’s a gold medalist. Kaur won the 100-meter dash in 74 seconds at the World Masters Games in New Zealand on Monday. She also plans to compete in the 200-meter dash and the shot put.

With a goal to “keep rocking,” she has no intention of stopping anytime soon.
