Lindsay Hilton, 31, is a fierce rugby player and a dedicated CrossFit athlete. She also happens to have been born without arms or legs.

The Canadian can tackle with the best of them and toss a 100-pound barbell over her head. Athletically speaking, she got her start in swimming, soccer, and field hockey. Then she was introduced to rugby in high school. She’s a high school level coach in the sport and plays competitively at the club level.

ESPN profiled Hilton and posted some fantastic pictures.

She told ESPN, “It makes me so mad when people don’t try. It actually drives me crazy.”

Her CrossFit coach says she needs to be challenged more than anyone else in the gym.

“I don’t want to be ‘good for someone without arms and legs,'” she said. “I want to be good.”
