There’s aging like a fine wine, and then there’s aging like John Corse, 93, Ed Graves, 92, Betty Lorenzi, 89, and Joan Campbell, 84.

The four of them are Masters swimmers who recently broke the world record in the 200-meter freestyle relay in the 360+ division.

The record was formerly held by Japan, but this fierce foursome smashed it by 15 seconds at the Rowdy Gaines Masters Classic, where former high school, college, and Olympic swimmers hit the water.

Betty Lorenzi, who swam the third leg of the race, even came back after breaking her neck in a fall a few years ago.

“I’m still learning about life. That’s what’s helped me along.” – she told Growing Bolder .
