Why specialize in one thing when you can do it all?

University of Southern California basketball walk-on Sam Dhillon is a jack-of-all-trades kind-of-guy. Not only does he contribute on the hardwood, but he’s the CEO of Quest Investment Firm, a $ 3 million company based in L.A, and he puts in long hours in the research lab trying to find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.

“I don’t sleep much, that’s the truth of it,” Dhillon told ABC 7. “Maybe four or five hours a night. I was up till 3 a.m. last night studying for an organic chemistry test I had today.”

Dhillon was the valedictorian of his high school in Sacramento, and captivated USC with his brain power. He’s majoring in human biology while managing a company that is projected to be worth $8 million by next year.
