Rachel Hicks had been serving in Kuwait as an ammunition supply sergeant for the Army National Guard since February.
While her work was there was much needed, she still missed her 6-year-old son, Malichai.
That’s why their reunion last Sunday at the Tennessee Titans game was “magical,” according to Rachel.
The Titans brought Malichai out onto the field, and after a short video played, his mom surprised him.
“It was the best feeling ever, besides when he was born,” Rachel told the Titans. “I’ll remember that moment for the rest of my life. I’m sure we both will.”
Meet 6-yo Malichai. His mom has been serving our country in Kuwait.
