Hey, football fans. Don’t look ahead to fall just yet. Spring football produces great moments, too.
Look no further than before Nebraska’s spring scrimmage when Staff Sgt. Matthew Hawke surprised his family after returning from a 10-month deployment to Afghanistan.
He wore a Huskers helmet and posed as one of the players in on the coin toss. Just before his son flipped the coin, Hawke took off his helmet and shocked his loved ones.
What a great moment!
