Gymnastics Coach Catches 11-Year-Old In Mid-Air After She Lost Her Grip On The Uneven Bars

Having a good coach in gymnastics isn’t just important. It’s actually life-saving.

A camera was rolling as gymnasts warmed up on the uneven bars prior to the Artistic Gymnastics Ontario Championships. What it caught was a heads-up coach, who stepped in to catch an 11-year-old girl when she lost her grip and nearly fell face first onto the mat.

That’s worth a perfect 10.00.
